Joseph B. Reilly, President/CEO of Centrix Bank (OTC Bulletin Board: CXBT), announced today the promotion of three key officers of the Bank. Anthony J. Chismark and Stephen H. Witt, Jr., have been promoted to Senior Vice President, Chief Lending Officer and Senior Vice President, Seacoast Managing Director, respectively. In addition, Linda L. Falco has advanced to Senior Vice President, Human Resources/Training Officer.
“These key promotions mark another milestone in our history as a successful community bank,” said Joseph B. Reilly, Centrix Bank President/CEO. “Centrix’s success has facilitated this reorganization alignment, which we felt was necessary to support our continued healthy growth as we embark on a new decade.”
The effect of the restructure to the Bank’s lending team is to leverage increased responsibility to Mr. Cassidy, Executive Vice President, Director of Lending and Credit, who has been instrumental in leading this team. He will continue to report directly to President/CEO Joseph B. Reilly.
In his new role as Senior Vice President, Chief Lending Officer, Mr. Chismark will be responsible for the management of all of the Bank’s lenders. He will work closely with his team on loan and deposit generation, as well as respond to critical issues within this area. He will continue to report directly to Mr. Cassidy.
Mr. Witt will continue to focus on growing Centrix Bank’s seacoast market with loan and deposit generation, while providing support and management for all the lenders in the Portsmouth and Dover offices in his new role as Senior Vice President, Seacoast Managing Director.
In her new role as Senior Vice President, Human Resources/Training Officer, Ms. Falco will continue to manage the Bank’s human resource functions, maintain a positive employee relations environment, and oversee the training needs for 115 employees located throughout six full-service offices and operations facility. Ms. Falco will continue to report directly to Lucy T. Gobin, Senior Executive VP, CFO & COO.
