I am proud to report that Centrix Bank has completed 12 full years of banking excellence from our true “start-up” beginning in 1999! We have enjoyed many successes over our journey, and in 2011 alone, Centrix was honored with numerous awards; two of which were on a national scale based upon performance metrics aligned with other high performing banks.

So, how did we achieve this recognition? Here are a few reasons I believe are truly responsible for this.

  • We have an unwavering and focused commitment to provide high quality banking services on both sides of our balance sheet to our target markets: small businesses, professionals, not-for-profit organizations and municipalities.
  • We have developed a Centrix “culture” focused on delivering excellence in meeting the individualized needs of our customers. As a result, we have achieved high customer retention ratios.

  • We are very accessible, highly responsive, and care deeply about our employees, customers and the communities we serve.

  • We pay close attention to details and run a highly-efficient and cost-effective bank.

The national economic picture remains very unclear with significant uncertainly and resultant inaction. Despite this, Centrix Bank has continued to be cautiously aggressive in growing its lending activities to a wide variety of business organizations, helping them realize their vision.
